Welcome to your island paradise! Whether you’re lounging by one of the two pristine pools, enjoying a sunset stroll along the empty shoreline, or just soaking up the island vibe, you’ll feel right at home in this coastal condo retreat.
Open-concept living space with plenty of natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area perfect for family or friends. Each bedroom has new 12" memory foam mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of island adventures.
The space
Close to ALL THE BEST THINGS! This second row condo is approximately a 4 minute walk (800') to the beach, and about a 2 minute walk (400') to TWO community pools, one is on your way to the ocean and is very popular, the second pool is tucked back into the quiet community and is usually less crowded. The Kitchen...
A fully equipped kitchen is provided including a full size Fridge/Freezer/Ice Maker, an Oven, a Toaster oven and even a Kitchen Aid Mixer should you feel inspired to whip up something extra special during your vacation.
The Bedding...
A beach vacation doesn't have to mean your sleep is suffering, sleep like royalty on large, brand new beds! Two of the guest rooms are equipped with loft beds - brand new 12" queen mattresses and 4" memory foam toppers are on the lower beds. Brand new twin mattresses are on the lofted bed.
Use the top bed for kids, pets, or extra storage while up to two adults can comfortably snooze on the lower bed.
The master bedroom has a full king mattress. A new hybrid 12" mattress with a 4" memory foam topper.
All rooms have blinds and blackout curtains installed as well.
The Caffeine...
Enjoy a well equipped coffee bar with a pod based espresso machine, and starter pods for your stay, while an electric kettle, drip coffee pod, and Keurig are also provided.
The Views...
Enjoy a tastefully decorated private porch to read, sip coffee, or just take in the gorgeous sunset views. This condo is on the upper level allowing you to see quite a distance down the golf course fairway.
Private, peaceful paradise to serve as your home base while you and your crew enjoy this gorgeous island!

There is a small owners closet that will remain locked but otherwise guests are welcome to use everything in the condo.

I have 3 small children and this place was a great fit for our family. Walk to the beach was manageable. Nice and quiet given peak beach season. Access to the pool was especially nice for the littlest of my crew. Very well stocked with household supplies. Kitchen well equipped since we ate exclusively at the property. Host very responsive to a few hiccups we experienced. Recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner and bodywash.

This was our first time staying at this property. All six of us were impressed with the space. The owners provide many thoughtful touches - additional linens and towels, extra supplies on hand if needed - that make our stay easy and care free. They were also very responsive to our questions throughout. This is a great spot - close to pool and easy walk to the beach.

My family and I stayed here while in town for a funeral. The location was perfect, the place clean and welcoming, and perfect set up for enjoying time together and so close to the beach! We walked to the clubhouse for dinner one night which was great. Would absolutely stay here again. Great communication and easy process checking in/out. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable stay!
