About this house rental
Cozy vacation home in a quiet yet central location with a garden, for 2 people. Our cozy vacation home for 2 people offers the perfect retreat for peaceful and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn. Nestled in a quiet residential area, you can escape the stress of everyday life here and enjoy nature to the fullest. The perfect place for couples looking to unwind.
The vacation home features a comfortable bedroom that ensures a restful night’s sleep. The double bed measures 1.60 m x 2.00 m and is equipped with two separate mattresses; it also features a blackout blind. The open living area with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax on cooler evenings. The large window wall allows you to enjoy the beautiful garden and the surrounding area even from inside.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. You’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. There is plenty of dishes and silverware available, but we ask that you bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, and dish soap (we provide 2 dishwasher tablets).
The terraces and the well-maintained garden offer plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. A particular highlight is the small pond in the garden, which, along with its inhabitants, creates an idyllic atmosphere. Sun loungers invite you to enjoy the sunny hours of the day, and a charcoal grill is ready for cozy barbecue evenings. Bicycles can be locked to a bike rack next to the house or parked behind the house.
You can easily reach downtown Burg on foot in about 10 minutes. The harbor in Burgstaaken is directly accessible via a nearby bike and hiking trail. The vacation home is ideal for couples and is designated as “adults only.” Due to the potential danger posed by the pond, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children or toddlers. Pets are also not permitted in this property. This is a smoke-free property.
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure you’ll never be bored and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable.
We’ll also keep you regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is also always happy to assist you.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct follow-up bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the peak season:
During the peak season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot automatically manage this, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
