Host was very easy to work with. There was plenty of space for the family and we really liked the location. The kids enjoyed being able to walk out back and see the livestock. We’re able to get some good photos.

Rock House Ranch was the perfect house for our family getaway of 12 people! The house was spotless and beds were comfy. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes for cooking. Great location- close to Hot Springs and Caddo Valley for tubing. The host was very responsive via text. Bonus: The kids (and adults) loved feeding the cows in the pasture with supplied treats!

It was ok but my husband had a accident going down stairs one of the stairs was rotten wood but I told the owner she halfway concern but also the house was kinda creepy with a lot of logos of some sort and it was nice and clean and the bathroom windows didn't have curtains no privacy and we had to pay for cleaning but had to do some cleaning so I didn't know why we had to pay for so much for services etc.... I just wish she more concerned for my husband well being she didn't offer anything
