There is no construction in the condo building, but there is construction on the grounds that may lead to some noise pollution during the day. Construction workers must abide by quiet hours.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Two beach towels provided.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash chute.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep bed turned down; place any used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

The Carillon resort is beautiful from the grounds to the gulf there are walking trails everywhere with beautiful foliage coupled with the amazing management team, what more could you ask for. Our unit was nicely appointed. Access is easy too by either using the elevator or inside stairwell. The shops are conveniently located steps from the building and are lit up at night making the grounds even more inviting. The pools are all nice sized and also easy accessible. We’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was great and clean. The resort was nice. The only thing we wished were working was the hot tubs. They said parts had been ordered but arrived.

The unit we rented was clean and well appointed. The building was rundown and under major construction with dumpsters, chain link fence and contractor equipment everywhere.
