Welcome to the Forest Cottage located on the Southend of Saint Simons Island just one street over from the King and Prince beach resort. This four bedroom home offers lots of space inside and out. This home is just a short walk to the beach and several of the islands best restaurants. Outside you will find plenty of room to entertain guest. There is a sitting area located in the large side yard under the magestic live oak trees for eight. Perfect for having cocktails or just catching up on the activities from the day. There is a gas grill located on the patio with an eating table for six along with a screened in porch with two sitting chairs and love seat. Located on the first floor you will find the living area with two large sofas, two sitting chairs and flatscreen television over the fire place. The beautiful dining area is situated with a large table and seating for eight. The kitchen is well appointed with all highend stainless appliances, drip coffee maker and toaster. There are two master suites on the first floor both with king beds, full baths with walk in showers. The second level is where you will find two guest rooms both with two queen beds and another full bath with walk in shower. The home is about a ten minute bike ride from the village area where you will find shops, restaurants, fishing pier, putt putt, community pool and historic light house. This home is perfect for larger families or that special group of friends.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night
Each of our properties comes with the following
Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap

House was the perfect size and location for our needs. It has a fabulous yard for kids to run around and enjoy. Only issues came during check-in because we had a hard time getting the instructions and correct key code for about 30 minutes. But everyone we spoke with was nice and got it handled.

Very nice home on St. Simons Island Georgia. Well appointed and very clean. Great location with several restaurants and shops in walking distance. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the Village and the lighthouse. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the Island.
