About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2-room apartment of 35m² with a balcony (mountain view) on the 4th floor of a secure and quiet residence with elevators. Located in Canet-Sud on the seafront. You will benefit from access to the private swimming pool. The apartment is composed of a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, a large built-in closet and a flat screen TV, which opens onto an equipped kitchen. You will have a bedroom with plenty of storage, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Located in Canet-Sud on the seafront, access from the residence is pedestrian (6 meters).
You will have access to the swimming pool, with deckchairs, reserved for residents.
The residence allows free WIFI access in the entrance hall and paid access in the accommodation. The terms of connection are displayed on each floor of the residence.
The residence is located in Canet Sud, a lively district with many restaurants, shops, mini-markets, laundry, medical center, water activities, all at the foot of the residence.
Every Monday, a huge market with sales of local products takes place on the seawall, in front of the residence.PGJyPg
Secure parking spaces, for a fee, are available 600 m from the residence (approx. 50€ per week).
Bus stops are accessible a stone's throw from the residence (100 m.). You can reach Perpignan, its train station and airport in 30-45 minutes.
By car, Saint Cyprien is 5 minutes away, Perpignan is 15 minutes away and Spain is 45 minutes away.
Towels and bed linen are not provided.
Also remember to take your dish towels 😉
Once your reservation is validated on the platform, I will send you a seasonal rental contract by email.
You will have to return it to me signed. The tenant of the apartment must be present for the entire duration of the rental.
You will need to provide me with a certificate of holiday insurance provided free of charge by your insurance company as part of your civil liability contract.
You will need to send me a copy of the CNI for each holidaymaker.
We wanted to offer you a pleasant holiday destination. To keep the place practical, clean and cosy for each passing traveller, the deposit reinforces the respect for the place.
The deposit is 350€, it will be sent to the host before your arrival. The deposit cheque will be returned to you by post if the exit inventory does not show any damage.
Cleaning is charged at 75€. The amount must be given to the co-host who will host you. If the apartment is clean when you leave, after checking with the host, the amount will be returned to you immediately. Any intervention for the cleaning will result in the payment of the full amount.
