The interior of the house was clean and tidy. On arrival, the outside deck was disgustingly dirty. The glass tabletop was also filthy. I reported this to you immediately and you gave us a credit of 220.00. I cleaned both deck and table and were able to sit outside.

Other than not being able to get the internet, they stay was great. Front bedroom needs to have the heat vents replaced as that cheap plastic ones are just an accident waiting to happen. My friend stepped on one and noticed the break. This could have cut her leg or foot if she fell through or possibly have twisted her ankle. The house is great, the stairs were a challenge with carrying bags and groceries but we managed with a little help from my friends.

This was such a gem of a find! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and more, and Shannon went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless. She was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. You can really tell she cares about her guests. Can’t wait to come back!
