Step into a creative haven, not your average accommodation! This centrally located duplex features hand-painted murals by your co-host, adding a personal touch to every room. Nestle into a cozy queen bed or one of the two XL twins. Whip up your favorite meals in the full kitchen. Pet friendly however the yard is not fenced. Convenient key code entry, in-house laundry, and ample room for parking. Minutes from Boise and Meridian, it’s the perfect base for your urban explorations. Traveling with other friends, family, or co-workers that want to be nearby but with their own space? Check to see if the next door unit called "The Wildflower" is available! We also have 2 more similar units in the same neighborhood called "The Explorer" and "The Garden".

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The garage is not included and locked off from guest use. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.

DUPLEX | The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay.

DOGS | We kindly ask that dog owners (1) use the couch cover if their pet will be on the couch, and (2) pick up after their pets outside.
Breed Restrictions: We do not believe in breed restrictions but ask that all of our guests use the bathroom in the appropriate places.

EXTRA PARKING | We have a 40’ paved driveway and gravel parking that can accommodate 3 additional cars. We have been able to accommodate many trucks and U-haul, with advanced notice. Trailers, Uhauls, RVs, and van lifers should be able to fit. We do not have any hookups, dumps, or other RV amenities.
