Please note there are exactly 12 steps up to this unit as it is located on the 2nd floor. Close Proximity to trains allows for some background train noise (NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF MY GUESTS) There are onsite, outdoor security cameras.

I rented this property out for my parents who was visiting. Overall really happy with the stay. Perfect for families, really clean and less than a 5 min drive to Montclairs shopping and restaurants. The parking situation is a little less than ideal. They're 5 parking spots in the driveway and unfortunately the spot associated with my rental unit was very tight if all the other cars are in there. Street parking is available. Overall really good choice

Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Very easy check-in. Kitchen had all essentials. Very nice bathrooms. Unit was clean and as described. It is a second-floor unit so use of stairs is required. If in the area, we would rent again.
