*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. There are residents on either side. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and tidy inside. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The property description and details were as listed. The location was on a corner, which was perfect for us! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
