Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedroom suites, all tailored for you to enjoy stunning ocean views and direct access to a spacious balcony.
Two suites feature king-sized beds and private en suite bathrooms.

All our bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

Frank and Samay opened their beautiful home to us, and it truly felt like the ultimate therapy after a challenging year. The breathtaking views set the tone the moment we arrived, and every detail of the home was designed for relaxation and connection. The pool and hot tub were incredible, the game room kept everyone entertained, and having Chef Jose prepare meals for us in the home was such a special touch. The in-house massages made it feel like a private retreat. Most importantly, it was a place where my family was able to slow down, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. We are deeply grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat.

If “too good to be true” were a place, it would be Casa Tucan. This home is everything the pictures show and so much more. Honestly, photos—or even my words—will never do it justice. You simply have to experience it for yourself.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and cared for. We felt absolutely safe the entire time on our girls’ trip. Edgar was incredibly attentive, communicative, and made sure every detail was coordinated seamlessly. Jose, the chef, prepared the most amazing meals and even handled provisioning ahead of time, so all we had to do was arrive and be in awe of that breathtaking view.The home itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We slept wonderfully. Yes, you’ll have some friendly little bugs and even the occasional frog at night—it’s Costa Rica after all—but they were never a nuisance, just part of the charm.The experience left us changed in the best way. We can’t thank the hosts enough for sharing such a beautiful place, truly a retreat on top of the world. Casa Tucan is a blessing, and we will absolutely be back.

This property is spectacular the views and sunsets are amazing! Each room is large and has plenty of space. Beds are extremely comfortable. Would stay here again! But would suggest 4x4 to get to the house. Steep inclines and declines. After you go up and down a few times you become a pro! Edgardo is the best at planning and helping with anything you need!!!

The place was just fantastic, it had everything yet a minimalistic feel to it. The trek up the hill is a bit high but you get used to it. Now let's get to what I thought was THE MOST fantastic view of the gulf! Your could sit there for hours in awe of this view. The pictures do not do capture this, you really need to be there to view it in all its glory. Don't think about it, just go for this property. On top of that Edgardo the manager and the owners Frank and Sammy were great with communication. Highly Highly Recommend!
