Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as decks, entryways or patios. Guests found smoking will incur a $250 fine plus damages and will face automatic cancellation of their reservation, along with reporting to VRBO.
No Parties or Unauthorized Guests:
Parties are not allowed on the premises. Any unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO. Please note that this is an apartment within a building that has other tenants so please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Shared Building:
Please note that this is a multifamily home with other guests and or long term tenants living on location. Be considerate of your neighbors and keep common areas clean and tidy.
Damage Reporting:
If you notice any damages upon arrival or during your stay, please inform me immediately so repairs can be arranged. Failure to report damages may result in a $250 fine plus damages fees and could lead to automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO..
