My family and I had a fantastic time at The Elser Hotel. I found the property to be well maintained and well run. It is huge and the lobby can appear chaotic, but the staff do a great job following through on what they say they will. The pool was quite nice. The beach club was excellent. The location couldn’t be better. We will be back.

Awesome hotel, great amenities, caring staff. I highly recommend this facility as a must stay when in Miami. Close to everything and great views.

The room was very spacious! Gorgeous views. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Food on site was very good but lots of restaurants within slking distance. There is a WholeFoods within walking distance as well and a kitchen in the room but we did not cook. Lots of shops at Bayside Market. We went to a goncert at Kaseya Center. Also within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property exactly as described. I’m extremely picky and I was very impressed. All staff members were very kind and helpful, and our condo was spotless. Great location too!
