About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at the centrally-located Cherokee Cottage. Located 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital, 1 mile from Bass Pro Shops & 2 miles to Downtown Springfield, including Missouri State University and Great Southern Arena.
Welcome to your home away from home. Our goal is that you have everything you need to relax and feel at home while you stay at the Cherokee Cottage.
Get comfortable in the inviting living room with ample seating and a large 55 inch smart TV (provider log-in required). Or hang out around the breakfast nook and cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen.
Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses and silverware for up to 6 people. A Full set of pots, pans and utensils are provided.
Two of the 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. Each bedroom has noise and light reducing blinds as well as a white noise machine for extra comfort. A set of additional sheets and pillows are also provided.
Bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and towels for up to 6 people. The hallway right outside of the bathroom has additional linens, hair dryer, first aid kit and additional items.
Full size washer and dryer are provided for guest use.
Cherokee Cottage sits on a corner lot and has a fully fenced yard. Home is dog friendly, but breed must be approved before stay.
Guests will be given an access code to the backdoor 1 hour before check in time. Code will not work until check-in time.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the one car garage. Guests will not be given a garage door opener and must use switch inside garage.
