Great holiday spending at "Hotel Palace View" at Murshibad. Nice place, great location, fine accomodation, rooms & amminitie & other facilities also outstanding.... All stuffs are very polite & cooperative & good behaviour... Foods are also very nice.... In a word it's excellent in all aspects...

We were a group of nine staying from 25–28 Dec. The location is superb—walking distance to Hazarduari—and valet parking made arrivals easy. Staff were consistently helpful: they arranged an excellent guide, Biswajit Sinha Roy (Bappa), and coordinated local transport for sightseeing, sparing us the hassle of driving through Murshidabad’s narrow roads. Rooms are large, well-equipped, and clean; bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a decent, tasty spread.
Areas to improve:
- The restaurant menu lists continental items that weren’t available; Chinese dishes could use a flavor upgrade.
- Kitchen appears understaffed, leading to slow service—though the restaurant team was courteous and open to feedback.
- Providing disposable room slippers would help in the winter chill, as not every guest carries a pair.
