Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

Our family enjoyed a few days here during spring break. We were impressed by how spacious it was, and appreciated the attention to detail, such as the comfortable blankets on each bed, which all the kids noted.
