    We arrived after 5am and staff were not receptive. We had to wait until 12 noon to check in. However they did store our luggage. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; however bathroom has room for improvement: no soap holder in the shower. No towel racks in the bathroom. Big bit not comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Some staff were great too.

    Rooms were clean and large. Has elevator to get to higher rooms. Breakfast was basic but nice. Staff friendly and helpful Great location, walkable to town, grocery store short 1 minute walk. Food options close.

    The rooms are simple but have everything you need My only complaint was that it was a bit dusty and sometimes there were cars idling in the lobby. I was already struggling with the dust and pollution in cusco and this definitely made it worse
