I loved the concept and the decor was beautiful. Plenty of parking, roomy spaces. I think as a guest you should be mindful if you are above someone so move quietly and clean up after yourself in the restroom.

To start, 3pm check-in is a bit late; no time 2 drop your bags off, & head back out the door, so I didn't arrive until 10:30pm. Kitchen was a mess: food left in pans w/utensils & smelly (& also still there when I checked out, the following morning), no room in the fridge just 2 put my 2 large bottles of water, & the annoying beep of the fridge w/message indicating the door was open... I called 4 assistance, & they said someone would check on it, but it continued... The covers on the bed weren't thick enough 4 the cool LA nights. Once I showered & got in the bed; around 11pm, the person in the room facing mine, was talking on the phone as if he was the only one in the house; talking loud, laughing, & singing (!). This went on until @ least 3am... Needless 2 say, I didn't sleep much, & awoke @ 7am, tired, not rested, but too happy to leave. Only rent if u have no other options... Not for me, & never again.
