Apartment 1: Apartment 1, located on the first floor, measures 35 m² and accommodates up to 3 people. You can access the apartment via the stairwell with an elevator or through the two patio doors on the south side.
Apartment 1: Room 1: The larger room is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm), a sleeper sofa (90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a desk. A wardrobe and coat rack provide plenty of space for your luggage. Room 2: The smaller room is designed for single occupancy and is equipped with a single bed (90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a desk, a dresser, and a clothes rack. Both rooms open onto the terrace, which offers a view of the pedestrian zone and invites you to relax. Just 50 meters away, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful old town of Markdorf just a short stroll away. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment. From here, you can access the bathroom as well as both bedrooms. A cozy sitting area is perfect for sharing meals together.
