About this house rental

Gorgeous luxury two story 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, private office, 5,000 s.f. mountain home with beautiful mountain views and lots of natural light and warmth. Perfect house for a family vacation or vacation with friends. Very close to the Snowmass slopes with the option to drive, or take a free shuttle steps away from the house. It has an open floor plan with great entertaining space upstairs and downstairs. The dining area provides seating for up to 14 people. The house is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. There are heated hardwood and stone floors throughout, sky lights, wood beamed double vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace in the living room, steam showers in both primary bedrooms, air conditioning and a large gourmet kitchen which is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, a wine cooler, built-in Miele espresso/coffee machine and an 8 burner and griddle gas stove. The outdoor living area is just as wonderful with gorgeous views of the mountains and stars, the Snowmass Club golf course, large outdoor snowmelt decks and balconies, gas grill and dining area, Jacuzzi tub, wood burning fireplace, fire pit with stone seating, cascading pond and driveway with snowmelt, so it`s always easy to drive up to the house in the winter. The house offers privacy yet is close to everything that Snowmass Village has to offer. The house is built around the views of the mountainous peaks throughout the valley. Snowmass Village offers 3,300 skiable acres, from beginner to expert runs, an excellent ski school and many restaurants in Snowmass Village which is very close. Aspen and its slopes, shopping and nightlife are a short drive.
