Incredible views of downtown Nashville with just a few minute walk into the Gulch and a 3 minute Uber from the Broadway entertainment. You can't go wrong with this location! Amazing style and design throughout these vibrant, fun, exciting homes. Ride sharing companies can provide delivery to the property address. Make sure they use the address 1005 12th Ave South, Nashville, 37203. You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.)

Very convenient for 13 of us. The location was incredibly safe, it was easy to find, and the amenities were overall very nice. A couple of things, when planning, make sure you have the contact information for the person overseeing the property. We had a little bit of difficulty getting into the house with the door code, but eventually got it settled and taken care of. Just ensure you have someone's contact information on the front end, just in case it's not within normal business hours or even on a weekend. Also, something to note – – – the supplies in the kitchen are very limited. Just like bringing additional toilet paper and paper towel towels as noted in the check in inareuxrions, make sure anything you need to cook with or get by with, you have on hand. There are sporadic utensils throughout both kitchens, but not quite enough to cook with.Overall, a great stay, I would go back.

There is definitely some confusion about the description; this is a separate townhome complex. They are beautiful and have plenty of space and room. However, there was no understanding of this when the booking was made. So if you are booking with children/families, just know there will be some separation between the spaces. If you have trouble walking up stairs, this is not the place for you either! Lastly, the TV did not work, but we were so busy it didn't bother us. Other than that, the location could not have been better, the place was clean, it had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside, and it accommodated our group splendidly!
