About this cottage rental
Beautiful Coastal Home on three floors with views from all floors just steps from the sandy beach. Third floor deck with outstanding views of the marsh and all the fowl that visit from sunrise to sunset. 1st floor sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the song birds, or an evening cocktail while you step outside to grill your dinner. You are just an easy walk to all that downtown Ocean Park offers, and all the daily activities that you might want to take in.
3 Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, all are located on the second & third floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The ground level den/open room has a queen futon. Linens are provided by the owner through Bayside Linens, for the beds.
Bathrooms: 2. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors
Amenities: Three level, Three bedroom, Two bath, Sunny and spacious, Beach block home. Less than a few minutes walk to the beach. Located in the favorable and highly sought after community of Ocean Park. Last house on a quiet, dead end street, surrounded by beautiful marsh views. Also, just a short distance to downtown Old Orchard Beach. Tastefully decorated and welcoming, under great new ownership, still making improvements. A great place to relax, hit the beach, or barbeque on the patio, taking in the salt air. Everything is provided here; Wifi with smart TVs, air conditioning and heat, washer/dryer, beach chairs, gas grill, and a fully equipped kitchen with; microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, etc.
