Summary:
Surrounded by tropical nature and thoughtfully crafted with clean lines and open spaces, Casa Amistad seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor area has been designed for family fun, with a synthetic mini golf garden, private pool and bbq terrace. The Large windows flood the home with natural light, creating an airy, serene atmosphere. The upper-level balcony offers a quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of paradise.
The Space:
Two-level villa with an open social area indoor / outdoor living with large glass sliding doors that connect the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Model A+ has a half bathroom, living room, dining space, laundry room, kitchen and oversized storage cellar. The second floor features an additional TV/ living area which connects the four bedrooms. All bedrooms feature outdoor balconies with the street facing bedroom enjoying the largest covered balcony and planter boxes for rich vegetation. All four bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and built-in, or walk-in closets.

The Beach Club has something for everyone whether it's cocktails and or fruit smoothies from the poolside Tiki Bar, kicking back in the poolside sunbeds, surfing one of the world-class breaks of Playa Avellanas, working out in ocean view fitness center, or relaxing with a massage in the wellness center, its the ultimate beach day!
Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.
As a guest of this property, the entry into the beach club is $5 (only paid once per day and for ages 10+)

If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***

Here at Casa Amistad, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional $50 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $35 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Costa Rica vacation home. The property is truly first-class, with stunning design and top-tier in-home amenities including high end appliances and fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, comfortable patio furniture and refreshing splash pool all made our stay both luxurious and comfortable. There is so much to enjoy right on site — golf, tennis, horseback riding, and scenic walking paths throughout the gorgeous grounds.
The beach is absolutely fantastic: pristine, peaceful, and perfect for long walks or simply relaxing and taking in the views. The food was outstanding as well, with fresh, delicious options that exceeded our expectations both on property in the surrounding small villages.
This property offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, activities, comfort, and exceptional service. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Costa Rica getaway with all the amenities of home.

We spent an amazing week in Hacienda Pinilla mid December. Our daughter and her husband along with our son joined my wife and I. The men played 5 rounds of golf and visited the beach club most days after the rounds. My wife and daughter enjoyed their mornings walking to the beach club for breakfast, exercising in the workout room, or just hanging by our own pool and reading.
We enjoyed some fabulous dinners @ Lola's, Il Rustico, & Barumis. We also spent an afternoon in Tamarindo and later enjoyed dinner at Pangas Beach Club. We always love Lola's and Il Rustico, and they didn't disappoint. Burumis was a nice change of pace, their Burgers and Fish Sandwich are really tasty.
The workout room @ the Beach club provided us what we needed to get a nice workout in during the week. Also, we never made a reservation for golf, just showed up around 8am, had a great breakfast, then went off as a threesome and regularly played in 3.5 hours. The golf is very affordable and the course is extremely challenging from the Blue Tees. A great mix of holes , fast greens, and an expansive practice area. Order the breakfast buriito, the best ever!
The beach club was quiet and offered great service. The indoor restaurant serves an amazing lunch. We also enjoyed the ocean doing some bogey boarding in the afternoons.
The days were hot, but the nights very comfortable. We regularly played cards after dinner before getting a great night's sleep as the beds are very comfortable and air conditioning is easily adjusted in each bedroom. The house and pool are so clean and comfortable, great set up and we loved the outdoor patio in the mornings. Seeing a pod of monkeys a few mornings made for a nice surprise.
Overall, just an amazing and relaxing week with some phenomenal healthy food, thank you.

Our family of four had an amazing stay at this beautiful new home in Bosques de Pinilla! The kids loved the private pool and backyard putting green. We had a blast surfing, zip-lining, and relaxing at the beach club. Great restaurants nearby and even time for a round of golf. Our concierge was super helpful with the planning. Perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!
