All the cottages feature a bathroom, a full kitchen, TV, internet, and a wonderful southeast-facing terrace.
The aromatic garden will enchant you—thyme, lavender, savory, rosemary, and sage line the paths and surround the cottages.
Located in the La Serra Calderona Natural Park in the town of Serra—the most beautiful town in the Valencian Community—1respiro is a beautiful spot in the mountains, built on dry-stone terraces among pines, cypresses, olive trees, and my favorite trees: carob trees.
1respiro is about gazing at the stars, caressing the trees, reconnecting with yourself, strolling, and exercising along trails or paths until you reach the springs to cool off, reaching the summits and gazing at the view as time stands still, or running through the cobblestone streets of the village of Serra, learning about its history and traditions, and enjoying the friendly locals.
