Welcome to our beautiful lakefront home at Penn Lake in the Poconos! Enjoy million dollar views of the lake, perfect swimming & fishing from the private dock, make s'mores or sip wine around the bear themed campfire, & relax on the covered porch. This lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home sleeps 8 and sits directly on the lakefront! Centrally located to many attractions including White Haven, biking, rafting, skiing, golf, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Pocono Raceway, Mohegan Sun Casino, & much more. Relax, rejuvenate, & enjoy all lake life has to offer!
An exceptional lakefront vacation home, recently renovated with modern updates and amenities, while capturing cozy lake house charm. The exterior boasts beautiful natural fieldstone along with the family room, as well as the large living room gas fireplace. Original hardwood floors can be found on the first and second floors. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and seating for 4, with seating for 8 in the family room dining area. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your use. There is a retro mini-fridge on the side covered porch for your convenience. The family room and loft room have Sony Smart TVs serviced by DISH, and the house is equipped with WIFI. The upstairs loft-style bedroom has a hangout area for watching tv, reading, and shelves full of family- favorite board games!
Outdoors, relax on the covered porch with your morning coffee, take a walk around the lake, fish and swim from the private dock, and sit around the fire pit while taking in the beautiful lake views and stunning sunsets. There are 2 solo kayaks, a canoe, and a 5 person Sun Dolphin pedal boat for your enjoyment, a swim raft you can swim out to and enjoy hours of fun jumping in the lake or just relaxing in the sun! [adult, youth, and infant life jackets provided for boat use, etc. ] Note: docks & boats stored in winter.
A gas grill (with propane tank provided) is available for cookouts, and new for Spring 2025 you'll find an 8 person picnic table at the lakefront as well. Play a game of corn hole in the large yard during the summer, or curl up with a good book in the family room after a long day of skiing or ice skating in the winter.
This property also has the BEST swimming at the lake! It is also a non-motorized lake, which means a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing environment without the added noise and distraction of motor boats!
Penn Lake offers a serene walking and biking community. Sit and relax by the lake and firepit, fish, swim, enjoy stargazing, nature walks, local streams, wildlife- all nature has to offer is right outside your doorstep! The community also has a baseball field, basketball court, tennis court, pagoda, gaga ball pit, beach, and children's playground to enjoy.
Just 2 hours from New York City, 2 hours from the Philadelphia area, and 4 hours from Pittsburgh & D.C., it's the perfect location for a Pocono getaway, to get away from it all! Whether it's Summer or Winter fun, enjoying spectacular Fall foliage, or a Springtime getaway, its ALWAYS a good time to be at the Lake!

Cleaning: This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental booking. Light cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink for your convenience. Cleaning fee includes linens & bath towel sets.
Linens/Towels: Linens/bedding/pillows are provided, along with a Bath Towel Set for each guest.

We absolutely loved our weekend at this mountain house on Penn Lake! It was the perfect mix of peaceful, fun, and cozy. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were kind enough to let us enjoy the property outside until it was ready, which made us feel so welcome right away.The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and clearly cared for with love. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We spent hours out on the water with the pedal boat and kayaks, and when we weren’t paddling, we were soaking up the stunning lake views from the dock or lounging in the cozy hammock—it was heaven! The beds were incredibly comfortable, adding to how relaxed we felt all weekend.
