Main Entrance – A camera is positioned at the front door to monitor arrivals and provide secure, contactless check-in.
Property Perimeter – Cameras are placed around the exterior to safeguard the home and its surroundings.
Pool Area – A security camera overlooks the pool area to help promote safety for all guests.
Rest assured, all cameras are located on the exterior of the property only and are in place to enhance your family's safety and protect the integrity of the home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house, everything was great with the exception of the main bedroom the bed was not comfortable and the BBQ was extremely filthy and could not be used despite trying to clean it twice.

This lovely place was perfect for my husband and my two sisters. We had a wonderful stay. Some difficulty with the master shower and towel rack but the maintenance or management came both times we contacted them. The towel rack was fixed in a day. The shared space and amenities were comfortable and lux. The sliding doors to the pool and the kitchen were my favorite. You will want to bring k cups or your own coffee maker. Coffee was not provided. Overall we would definitely recommend. Btw no railing to get in and out of the pool was difficult for some and there was some confusion about whether the pool was heated, but it was warm enough while we were there. Gorgeous place.
