The hotel is clean and nice. Location is good as it is very close to the beach. However, the staff Oscar was very weird. When we first came to the hotel, the hotel door was opened but there was no one inside. We tried to call the hotel, the phone rang but no one responded. Finally a staff came out from a room and he said he was sleeping so he could not answer the call. He introduced himself to us and his conversation was very weird. He was just like a drunk man. When we wanted to pay the room fee, the drunk man was reluctant to accept our money. We had to give the money to our local guide first, then our guide gave the money to the drunk man. Also, breakfast should be included in my booking but the drunk staff never asked me to have breakfast or not.
