This house is as advertised a magical home for the kids. Never a bored moment here and the gourmet kitchen and accommodations made it enjoyable for the adults as well. Except for the very loud neighbors it was a pleasure.

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, which made it perfect for our group. Overall it was well-maintained, though we did notice a few bugs during our stay. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids, and the game room in the garage was a great bonus—it wasn’t too hot, and both the kids and adults enjoyed spending time there. One thing to be aware of is the gated neighborhood access. We weren’t initially informed that a QR code was required to enter, and unfortunately, our reservation was mistakenly listed under a different address. After a long day of travel, it took about two hours and multiple calls with Vacasa representatives to get it sorted out and finally access the home. Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay went smoothly, and we had a great time overall. The home had a lot to offer and made for a memorable vacation. With better communication upfront, the experience could’ve been even better.

The themed bedrooms and gaming room were fun. Everyone loved the Harry Potter Stairwell Room. Getting onto the gated community was an absolute nightmare as we had to call everyone in. Just to find out at 3.30am that there was a lack of communication to the gate as one of our guests got yelled at by Gate Personnel that he is not on the list and won’t be allowed. Parking was tight but we made it work. Unfortunately the Pool was a disappointing situation during our stay. When we arrived the pool was green and we called it in right away. But nobody was able to come out till the following day around noon. After all the chemicals got poured into the pool (incl.1 whole jug of chlorine) the pool was not safe to use for at least 8-12hours which was then midnight. We only rented the house for the weekend (2 nights) and with that the pool was not able to get used at all.
