Enjoy your visit to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo in our beautiful vacation home.
Our place has a lot to offer as it is located in a gated community name Morrocoy just outside the heart of Ixtapa, 3 kilometers or 1.5 miles away. You will find EVERYTHING you need; Beaches, Local Markets, Restaurants, Bars/Clubs (Nightlife), Pharmacies, Banks, Transportation, etc.
The Airport and the central inner city of Zihuatanejo can be accessed in 15 minutes (8.1 km or 5 miles) by personal or local transportation.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
This townhome has been renovated and furnished to meet the needs of approximately 6- 8people comfortably. We have a two-nights minimum stay. During your stay at our place, you will have access to:
4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, shared backyard pool and an upstairs balcony connected to the master bedroom and second bedroom. Additional amenities include: gas for hot water showers , full kitchen with electric stovetop if you like to stay and cook.
There is a under water cistern you will have always more than enough.
Cable, WIFI, Window Unit AC’s in each room, cookware, plates/cups, glassware, bedding and towels.
As shown in the pictures, the main level consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom. In the kitchen you will find your standard refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric stovetop and dish sink. The kitchen is also equipped with most of the china, silverware, and utensils you may need. Right next to the kitchen, will see the dining room which consists of a dinner table that seats six to eight people plus 2 bar stools around the kitchen. The main level also has an sliding door which gives you access to the pool in the backyard. Lastly, you will find the living room which is perfectly set up for a movie night after a long day in the sun! The L-shaped couch along with additional pull-out seating underneath the coffee table allows you to seat 6-8 comfortably!
The upper level consists of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Bedroom #1 has 2 Full Size beds with 3 night stands and plenty of space to move around, closet, smart T.V. with cable & WiFi. This room shares a Full Bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a 1 Full Size Bed, Dresser with a mirror, 2 night stands and a closet. This room shares a Full size bathroom with Bedroom #1
The master bedroom #3 Consists of a King size bed. It has a closet and 2 nightstands. It also has its own private Full Bathroom and access to a nice balcony that overlooks the beautiful backyard pool garden.
Bedroom #4 has 1 Queen size bed, smart T.V. with Cable and WiFi, 2 night stands, closet and also it has its own access to the patio that overlooks the pool. This bedroom has its own Full size Bathroom in the hallway.
