Our home has central gas heating. There is also a split system in the loungeroom. There is an outdoor wood fireplace - guest are to BYO Firewood if they wish to use it.

One spot under the carport and free street parking.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine (Vertuo Pods), coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Our area is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential neighborhood is conveniently located near all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants that make Orange such a wonderful place to visit.
In the neighbourhood, you'll find several parks such as Cook Park and Jaegar Reserve Park to enjoy a morning walk or picnic, and there are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Our top picks for your morning coffee are Byng St Cafe (4 minute walk), Anything Grows and Harley & Hem which are all within a 10 minutes walk.
Pellegrinis Italian, Birdie, Raku Izakaya and The Union Bank are all a short walk from the home and are incredible restaurants. 'The Sonic' - home to Jumbled and Gather Cafe are also close by for your shopping fix and a bite to eat.
Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5-10 minutes by car. Phillip Shaw being the closest at only a 7 minutes drive away

Fantastic property, exactly as described. The cottage is super cute with extremely comfy beds and a great fenced back yard to enjoy. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.I highly recommend, particularly for young families and/or those with pets.

The house is a good size and had most essential items we needed. We used the fire place out the back which the kids loved roasting marshmallows from. We are from QLD so it was absolutely freezing for us and I struggled to figure out the ducted heating, it even turned off a couple of times. Just be cautious of little fingers in the back garden as there are many plants with spikes/ thorns. Over all, a good experience.
