This charming holiday home is the lower unit in the complex, strategically positioned to maximize the unparalleled view of the bay. (For this reason, a relatively powerful vehicle is recommended).

Really a nice place to live. The house works very well. Amazing location. Good privacy. Good and helpful communication with the owner. Kalkan is friendly place with good food at a fair price. Many good places to visit with in 30 min .

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa a lot - the pool and the view were just incredible!The house has everything you need for a family stay. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to any issues we had. The drive-in to the house is quite steep and maybe a bit challenging for the first time for non-local drivers.

This is a stunning villa with incredible views - the pictures don’t do it justice! The host communicated clearly and was responsive to our requests. The only thing worth noting is the villa is at the top of an extremely steep driveway and when it rained we struggled to get our car up. Don’t let this deter you, the villa was absolutely worth it!

The villa was very comfortable and perfect for our family. The pool and views were amazing. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi speed, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. We would definitely recommend Akasya Tria.
