Annie is a very helpful and attentive host with great communication. She met us from the station to welcome us to the property.Villa Tosca is well located, a short (10min) walk from the main beaches and centre of Arcachon. Opposite the station, it is also great for transport links.The apartment is very clean and well presented with comfortable beds and sofa and a spacious dinning area. The kitchen is well equipped; the large fridge/freezer is particularly good for cool drinks and ices. The bathroom is spacious and the bath and shower have a plentiful supply of hot water. The washing machine is in good order and the balcony is great for drying the washing and beach items.The road side of the property, which has a balcony, can be noisy due to the road, but the bedrooms are on the other side and are very quiet and restful.Annie met with us again at check out to collect the keys.
