Come and relax with your family in this pretty family home located in the center of Menthon-Saint-Bernard on the shores of Lake Annecy for holidays or weekends.
This 18th century village house has been renovated and has all modern comforts while retaining its charm. It has an enclosed garden of 300 m² with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
It accommodates up to 12 people (6 bedrooms) for an area of 230m² and is located in the heart of the village.
Classified 3 stars as Meublé de Tourisme, this charming house has generous interior proportions with:
✶ On the ground floor, a large living room of 65 m² including a living room equipped with a large Home cinema TV, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor, fridge and freezer, all utensils and crockery etc...) and a dining room.
✶ On the mezzanine floor, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and separate WC
✶ On the first floor, a hallway, a bathroom with wc and three bedrooms including:
- 1 very large (30m²) with a double bed (160x190) which opens onto a large wooden balcony,
- 1 small (9 m²) with a one and a half bed (120 x 190)
- 1 medium (12 m²) with two single beds (pull-out beds 90 x 190) accessible from both bedrooms,
✶ On the second floor, a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet as well as 3 bedrooms of around 20 m²:
- 2 double bedrooms (bed 140x190) each with sink

The house is equipped with wifi. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom as well as an ironing board and an iron on the ground floor.
A charcoal barbecue awaits you for your meals with friends or family and furniture (tables, chairs and lounge) decorate the garden.
PLEASE NOTE: Household linen 250 euros per stay (beds made + bath towels + bath sheets) is obligatory and to be paid separately upon arrival.
