Properly is very beautiful and located quite close to Charminar.
Could do better with little bit more of regular maintenance and cleanliness.

I had arranged a midnight check in but when I arrived the hotel was hard to find with no signs or lighting. Got to rooms only to find no one there despite then telling me they would be. There was no wifi code anywhere and I had to ask for it.

Reasonably close to Charminar, 20 min walk. Lot of dining options around Charminar, some very popular ones as well. The owner and family is very helpful and happy to assist with any queries. There is also a kitchen for anyone who needs. Overall good value for money if you are looking for a place to rest after spending most of your day outside.
The place is inside a small lane and can be hard to l I cate the first time. The rooms are a bit dated, not as flashy as per the pics.

The property is in a very prime location. The host was very responsive and respectful. The property was very big and neat and clean.
But there are few misses like the room door was translucent and it was very uncomfortable. The dustbins were not cleaned during checkin and the tap was not working. Though the owner mentioned that previous user broke it, it was not the right experience.
