House in Arraial do Cabo with a View of Praia Grande

Big house fully equiped, very comfortable (we were 9 persons, 6 adults and 3 kids of 9, 11 and 17 years old) House is outdated but authentic, if you are looking for luxury this is not the house, but if you want a more simple countryhouse real experience, go for it! Excellent location, next to path going down to the beach (100 stairs), praia Grande is an excellent, quite big, we could snorkel and spot 4 turtles next to the both at the left side. The contact person (Everaldo) was very friendly.

The uber left us outside the condominio, and we had to walk 250 meters uphill till the house, carrying our luggage along a street with cobble stones. One of the batheooms (next to the kitchen) was getting a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower and could not be used for a 2nd shower (we had more bathrooms, so was not a big deal). The path going from the garden to the center was dark for about 200 meters, and often some guys were just standing there (nothing happened, we were with a group, but if you walk alone could be a bit uncomfortable, specially for women). When it is windy, you can hear noise inside the house.
