JUAN LES PINS - 4 people - swimming pool

The property was a perfectly clean well maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely terrace with a seating area and table and chairs. Fantastic location, 10 minute walk into the beautiful Juan Les Pins and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and a lovely pool.

The second bedroom doesn’t have air con but didn’t affect the stay, with the blinds down in the rest of the apartment the apartment stayed cool. The key pick up and drop off is approx a 15 minute walk away so not great as ideally would be easier to pick and drop the keys off at the location but it didn’t matter too much. The pool area doesn’t have loungers but plenty of local shops where you can buy a cheap chair/beach towel/mat.

Modern lägenhet. Rent och lagom stor för en familj. Bra läge mitt emellan Antibes och Juan Les Pins, ca 10 min promenad till båda stränderna. Lugnt område. Balkong och AC.

Hårda sängar. Balkongen var stor och bra men ingen rolig utsikt, var precis ovanför entrén mot gatan. Inga solstolar vid poolen.

Superb apartment. Excellent location with a 10 minute walk to Juan les Pins and under 20 minutes to Antibes. We’ll equipped (maybe add a hairdryer, electric kettle and more beach chairs?). Dual sinks in the bathroom and very good pressure and easy temperature regulation in the shower. Comfortable beds, nice living space and an extensive balcony shielded from direct sunlight. Very clean, and straightforward trash and recycling disposal in the building. The airconditioning worked very well, keeping the apartment cool when it was over 35 degrees outside. Very good key pickup and extensive information from the host company before arrival and checkout.

L’appartement était beau et grand

Séjour très décevant, je ne reviendrai pas. Personnel désagréable et peu serviable. J'ai demandé un lit pour mon enfant de 2 ans, le matelas était dur comme de la pierre. J'ai demandé si on pouvait ajouter un matelas supplémentaire ou au moins une couverture pour plus de confort, on m'a directement opposé un refus. L'accès piscine annoncé à 5 minutes est plutôt à 10 minutes, avec une montée d'escaliers très fatigante, surtout avec un enfant en bas âge. J'ai oublié les clés dans l'appartement : on m'a demandé 150€ pour simplement ouvrir avec le double, et avec un ton très désagréable en me disant que "ça l'embêtait de venir" et qu'il fallait que je me dépêche à trouver une solution. À ce prix-là, autant appeler un serrurier. Enfin, on m'avait assuré qu'il était facile de se garer sur place. En pleine saison, c'est totalement faux. J'ai tourné pendant des heures sans trouver de place et j'ai dû me garer loin de l'appartement pour tout le séjour. Si j'avais été prévenue à l'avance, j'aurais pu m'organiser. Dommage, car l'appartement en lui-même est correct, mais l'expérience globale et l'accueil gâchent tout.
