Comfortable, updated, accessible for my mother in a wheelchair. Close to the beach. We watched the sun rise from our back patio, although some of the view is blocked. Quick, and easy access to the beach. I loved the sun deck that over looks the beach. It’s such a beautiful place. The grass is so fresh, and soft. We’re not used to that in the hill country this time of year!
The view is partially blocked, but can still be seen from the porch would be the closest thing I could think of.
