L'accueil du propriétaire très à l'écoute et de bons conseils, avec une très bonne situation dans ST Astier en centre ville avec des balades à proximité pour profiter de la fraicheur des matins et un marché le jeudi exceptionnel

La poussière extérieure liée aux travaux de voirie à proximité immédiate mais c'est du provisoire (nécessité de fermer les fenêtres de la façade côté rue principale. Egalement pour empêcher la chaleur extérieure d'entrer dans la maison car il a fait jusqu'à + 33 degrés Celsius en Dordogne le vendredi 30 mai 2025 (soit + 10 degrés au-dessus des normales de saison), cependant la maison est fraîche à l'intérieur, surtout au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment. Les interrupteurs de l'éclairage en plafond de la double-chambre adultes/couple sont situés A L'EXTERIEUR de la chambre ??? sur le palier à l'étage...

Manque de Clim ou au moins ventilateurs dans chaque pièce soit 3 car sous la canicule, insupportable, inconcevable.
