Apartment Milazzo - Trilocale sul mare

Good location with groceries nearby, 10minutes to the port, 3minutes to the beach. Apartment is very large, with AC and TV in every room, big kitchen, great balcone. I recomend.

Our family of 4 spent 2 weeks in this very modern and stylish apartment, equipped with everything you would expect in 2025. We were greeted by the owner's parents upon arrival. Stefano and his parents were very nice and helpful during our stay. The apartment has a large living room and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a long balcony. Optionally a second bathroom with washing machine is also available for a small additional fee. The apartment is situated on the first floor, a lift is available. You can easily find parking space in front of the house, street parking is free. You can see your car through the window if look outside from the apartment. In the building you have a pizzeria and a meat shop as well. Very close you can find a Deco supermarket and a grill house. The area is quiet and safe, even at night. The beach is visible from the balcony and is about 3 minutes by walking . Downtown and the ferry port of Milazzo (gateway to the Aeolian Islands) is only 12 minutes away on foot, very convenient as you do not have to deal with parking there. Walking is a safe option. We really loved Milazzo and its vicinity as well as the nearby islands.

Walking distance to the city centre and restaurants, super close to the beach. Modern facilities, clean and new! Beds very comfortable. Balcony was great! Stefano and his parents were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile.

La casa è grande c'è un bel balcone ed è stata ristrutturata da poco i mobili nuovi è dotata di 3 climatizzatori ed ogni stanza ha una tv devo dire che non ho mai trovato una casa così perfetta.Anche la posizione è ottima a piedi ci si può andare a mare.
