La posizione molto centrale

Appartamento molto complicato, la scala a chiocciola è molto stretta e se una persona è poco atletica un po' impegnativa. La macchinetta del caffè non aveva nessuna cialda e la Conad in paese non aveva cialde compatibili, quindi non abbiamo potuto usarla, consiglio di lasciarne almeno un paio di benvenuto.

Casa in centro molto carina e accogliente

Appartamento dotato di tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una vacanza. Posizione centralissima e host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Presenza di scale a chiocciola per raggiungere le camere al primo piano.

Friendly Daniela communicated easily before and during the stay. Quick responses to questions. Description and pictures on booking.com are accurate. Free on-street parking which was not a problem. Conad grocery just a few steps away. Kitchen in the apartment has everything needed to dine at home, if desired. Great location for walking the waterfront or up to the town where many other shops and restaurants are located. Nice to have another toilet on the second level for easier access from the bedrooms in the middle of the night.

The apartment is air conditioned, yet the system is located on the top floor, which certainly cools the bedroom(s)/loft, but the living area below is not as cool as the upper levels. The living area does have a ceiling fan which moves the air around. (In the heat of August it all makes a difference.) Though not an issue for us, one must be aware the stairs, as pictured, are spiraled and narrow and one can not easily carry luggage up to the bedroom space; best to leave luggage in the living room. (There are two levels above: bunkbed/desk area with another toilet room, and then one more staircase up to main double bed.) Suggestion: a detailed "welcome" booklet with all the necessary information for navigating the operations of the apartment would be helpful. For example: Wifi operation, switch for hot water heater, washer/dryer instructions, etc.
