Hampir semua kemudahan ada dalam bilik/rumah. Bilik sangat sesuai untuk Dua orang. Parking disediakan, Terdapat kedai runcit berdekatan, yang menjual pelbagai barangan termasuk barang basah. Location sangat strategic, berdekatan dengan jalan raya. Keadaan dalam & luar rumah sangat bersih Dan kemas. Staf yang membantu sangat baik Dan peramah.
Mungkin pemilik homestay boleh menambah penapis air (Coway) di dapur. Dan exhaust fan untuk setiap bilik, pasang di dlm tandas. Disebabkan saiz bilik adalah kecil, pengaliran udara yg baik adalah amat penting. Nasib kami amat baik kerana tiada penghuni lain, jadi kami boleh buka pintu bilik bagi mengeluarkan bau setelah menggunakan tandas. Mungkin boleh letak lampu kecil di area cermin besar (luar pintu tandas) kurang pencahayaan. Kalau nak bercermin terpaksa on lampu tandas & buka pintu seluasnya. Selebihnya terbaik mantap.

- Ample parking space
- Ensuite toilet and shower
- Near to a small store (open 7 AM to 7 PM)
- Lizard poo on the bed and floor, wasn’t cleaned properly beforehand
- No heater for the water, so have to boil water if want to shower with hot water (This is personal preference, especially having to shower early in the morning)
- No body soap or shampoo provided
