Modern Lodge nr Ilfracombe & Beaches

Couldn’t fault it. It was clean. Everything you needed was there. Very spacious. Nice we’re situated

Nothing we found.

We had the most incredible stay at this lodge. Firstly everything is decorated very nicely with lovely modern touches through, however it’s minimal & not too overstimulating or crowded which we loved. Everything was cleaned to a great standard and we loved the additional touches of the pictures & diffusers. The host has really thought about everything-including leaving local takeaway menus & bits and bobs that really helped us out travelling with a 2 & 8 year old! The property has literally everything you need-I was shocked when I opened the cupboard & we were provided with not only board games but games for little ones to enjoy-we’re so incredibly grateful..it’s little touches like this that would make us return indefinitely. In terms of ameneties..everything is provided-even spare bottles & sandwich bags which is a fantastic touch…it’s a home away from home. A ton of storage space for clothing & personal items, which is always great. Thankyou so much, we had a fantastic stay & you made it 10x easier by thinking of every little detail. Highly recommend & will be recommending our friends & family too.

Nothing! I will however point out to anyone travelling with children where organising is essential..unbeknown to us a lot of the places around ilfracombe are shut Monday/Tuesday & Wednesday meaning the places open are VERY busy! Just something to keep in mind but it doesn’t deflect on how fab our stay was at the lodge!
