It is a lovely location close to st Mawes. Very convenient to have a parking space. Hosts contacted by text message and were very prompt to reply to any questions.
No complaints about the property. Limited shops in st Mawes- wish I had bought more supplies on route although coop had most of what I needed. Steep steps down to the property could be an issue for some people.

Superb studio well appointed with good quality facilities/ equipment. Great value and very comfortable.
Some may miss the WiFi but we had very good phone signal. Check in was a bit tricky due to an access code issue but this seems to be the agency rather than the owner who was exceptionally helpful.
