D Pool Top

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr einfach und problemlos. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

The location was very good for our interests. We wanted to explore the island and there are 2 bus stops right in front of the property's building. Also, a Bolt (which I recommend) to Valetta city center in as low as 4 euro. The big terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, and the fully equipped kitchen provided us with anything we needed. There are stores, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The communication with the owner was absolutely great, he helped us everytime we encountered an inconvenience.

Unfortunately, this is something that couldn't be solved during our stay, but the noise level coming from the street, even at night, for me was unbearable. I am a light sleeper and noise at night is an absolutely nightmare for me. Even my husband who isn't usually bothered by the noise, had a bit of a hard time with resting at night. There are frequent police cars, firefighters cars and ambulance, as well as scooters and loud bikes, that can be heard untill 02:00-03:00 and start again at 05:00. Maybe the windows (which are actually replacing the walls) can be soundproofed. Also the heating in the pool didn't worked during our stay but the owner was understanding about this matter and we settled this issue. The elevator didn't worked in 2 of the days, but fortunately there are service stairs leading to the property.

Amazing apartment. You have your own space to yourself. Eddie was excellent and will definitely come back again.

Only thing was the private pool heating failed to work the last 3 days of my stay. However, Eddie was very responsive and tried his best to fix it.

J'ai particulièrement aimé la disponibilité de l'hôte et sa réactivité à nos questions. Il a été très clair dans ses explications. L'appartement et bien équipé, cuisine, connexion wifi, serviettes, produits dans les salles-de-bains. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

On a malheureusement eu des problèmes au départ. On est arrivé tard le soir après 21h et il y avait pas d'eau chaude, pas de gaz pour allumer les plaques de cuisson et la piscine ne chauffer pas les 2 premiers jours. L'hôte a tout de suite aider à résoudre ces petits problèmes, les interrupteurs pour l'eau chaude étaient inversés, j'ai du remplacer la bouteille de gaz, il y en avait une de disponible pour le remplacement et en ce qui concerne le bémol avec la piscine on a été averti la veille de notre arrivée que le moteur pour chauffer la piscine devrait être remplacé. Il nous a proposé l'annulation de la réservation ou un dédommagement ce qu'on a accepté et beaucoup apprécié. La piscine était à peine tiède la veille de notre départ mais inutilisable car l'eau et le fond de la piscine étaient très sale. Dommage. On s'était décidé pour cet appartement à cause de la terrasse et de la piscine chauffé et malheureusement la terrasse était à nos yeux inutilisable car le sol était très sale, les coussins très poussiéreux et la piscine inutilisable. Vraiment dommage. Un autre point dérangeant et qu'il faut considérer c'est que cet appartement se trouve au milieu d'un carrefour avec une circulation très intense. Le bruit ce fait ressentir beaucoup. Surtout les sirènes des ambulances qu'on entend en permanence déjà à partir de 6h du matin. Notre lit grincer à chaque mouvement et le matelas était très inconfortable....les nuits étaient très peu reposantes. Impossible de donner la note 10 vu ce qui précède.
