Ponte Pietra Lovely Home in Verona

Very lovely home, just as its name suggests. Very well located, close to many restaurants and the bus station. Excellent value for money.

We couldn’t have chosen a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including all the main attractions, and there are grocery stores (400m) nearby as well. Just a few meters from the apartment, there is a small park with a lovely restaurant set beneath decades-old trees that provide wonderful natural shade. We reached the center of the Old Town by taking relaxing walks through the quieter part of the historic district toward the main square, where all the tourists gather. The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t cook because the nearby restaurants were excellent and the food was amazing, but the kitchen was perfect for preparing a light breakfast for the children and making coffee. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with plenty of towels and fresh bed linen. There are also two small terraces where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. When we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary wine, snacks, coffee, tea, a water filter pitcher, fragrant bath products, and soap. The apartment does not offer daily cleaning (well, we did not ask for it), but we never expect that in apartments of this type anyway. We are tidy guests, and if needed, it’s no trouble to spend a few minutes cleaning up after ourselves. The bathroom also has a washing machine, which was very convenient for laundry. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment if you don’t mind that it’s located in an older building. Sometimes it’s wonderful to enjoy simplicity while staying in what is, in my opinion, the best location in the city. One more thing, we also left a tip for the cleaning lady because she truly deserved it.

Todo perfecto, la verdad. La ubicación es un absoluto diez, prácticamente al lado de la casa de Julieta y al lado del Puente de Piedra. Estaba todo muy muy limpio, nos dejaron preparado el sofá cama, nos dejaron toallas, todo lo necesario para la ducha, gel de baño, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada; nos dejaron incluso una jarra de agua con filtro incorporado, bolsas de basura, papel higiénico... ¡Hasta una cesta de bienvenida! Se estaba muy bien de temperatura, calidad-precio insuperable.

Lo único que mencionaría es que la puerta cuesta un poco abrirla con la llave porque va un poco dura la cerradura, ¡pero todo lo demás un diez!
