Good friendly staff. Location was great as it was near the mall. It was also neat and had the necessary facilities.
The TV was not working. No breakfast options were available. Additionally, instead of sealed mineral water bottles, water was provided in a glass bottle and mentioned as mineral water. As a customer, it is difficult to be fully confident about its quality without proper sealing.

The service was good, breakfast as well. Rooms and bed were comfortable, washrooms were clean and equipped.
While bookinh we were suggested two types of rooms, but open checkin we were told both were on diff floors. So had some trouble with that as we wete not aware of this arrangement. But it was well sorted with the hotel later and we upgraded and got rooms on same floor.
