Studio bem arrumado, próximo a mercado, Cafe e alguns restaurantes.
Banheiro muito apertado, limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Geladeira bastante barulhenta e preta de serviços do corredor faz muito barulho a noite. Instruções incompletas de Check-in para estacionar e obras no prédio fizeram chegada confusa.
