The location was perfect for us, Calverley is a very nice small town. It was also easy to get into Leeds. Parking off street is a real plus. The house is spacious and quiet given double glazed windows, it is also warm, well equipped and comfortable.

Location was perfect - this time we had no car , bus service to leeds outside the door was perfect . Walks through the park opposite lovely , dinners at the thornhill delicious
I actually dont think anything.
If i had to say something maybe tv in bedroom but only as I was enjoying lazy nights watching xmas movies - def not an essential
