This is a good size house with spacious rooms, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable, and there was no noticeable noise from outside.
There is offstreet parking for one vehicle at the rear.
Would definitely recommend this property.
A minor thing but it would be helpful to have a lock on the bathroom door

The location was perfect for us, Calverley is a very nice small town. It was also easy to get into Leeds. Parking off street is a real plus. The house is spacious and quiet given double glazed windows, it is also warm, well equipped and comfortable.
