The property is thoughtfully designed, blending premium comfort with a home-like atmosphere – ideal for both short and extended stays. The location is unbeatable – just minutes away from top IT hubs like Wipro, Microsoft, Amazon, and Infosys, as well as major hospitals such as AIG and Continental, and shopping centers like Sarath City Capital Mall and IKEA Hyderabad. Whether you’re in town for work or leisure, everything is within close reach. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and come with a fully equipped kitchenette – perfect for a self-sufficient stay. The staff is courteous and quick to respond, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended for corporate travelers, medical tourists, and families looking for a comfortable, well-connected base in Hyderabad.

Location: The apartment is situated in a remote and developing area. There are no nearby restaurants or other essential facilities, which can be inconvenient for guests. - Cleaning: Cleaning was average and could use improvement. - Staff: The staff was good and cooperative. - Room Service: As per the caretaker, room service only covers cleaning the room. It's surprising that even in a rented apartment setup, guests are expected to clean all kitchenware themselves. This reduces the overall convenience of the stay. - Power Supply:One of the major issues during the stay was frequent power outages, which made the experience uncomfortable. - Cost:The apartment is budget-friendly and affordable. - Overall:The stay was okay considering the cost, but the lack of facilities, limited services, and power issues need serious attention.
