Chalet Bouquetins 7 personnes ski in ski out

Incredible views, cosy and home-like, very traditional, older chalet. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of glasses plates, utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of blankets and pillows.

It was not noted anywhere in the description that access to the chalet is ONLY by foot from the parking space (1 only, for a chalet that sleeps 7) - via a steep climb of about 35 m over 180 m distance. That's équivalent to about 10-11 stories. All equipment, groceries, luggage etc needs to be carried up and down by foot. No rolling luggage or wheeled carts can be used if snow is deep. Anyone staying here, especially in winter, should be fit enough to make the climb carrying your supplies. We love the extra sports but it may not suit everyone! Also, "ski in-ski out" only applies when all slopes are open and there is lots of snow..
